At Toxic Habits my goal is to educate and encourage you to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.

The Autism section is designed to help parents who are struggling with a child who has Autism Spectrum Disorder. Currently 1 in 88 children born in the world today are diagnosed with this disease. That means that you or someone you know may be dealing with this right now!

While not all children have the same symptoms or severity, they can be challenging to deal with as a parent or sibling.

There is hope!

At this site you’ll learn some basic information about the disorder. You’ll also find links to other sites that have helpful information and news.
